天然乳膠專用納米重質鈣漿
廣泛應用于醫用檢查手套、手指套、氣球等天然乳膠制品中。
其特點： 粒徑小，分布均勻，不團聚，不沉降，穩定性好，易分散。質地細膩，與天然乳膠具有良好的相容性。能對乳膠制品起到增量、增強、增韌等作用，從而能夠提高乳膠產品的性能，降低生產成本。我公司產品如下：

重質鈣漿在家用乳膠手套行業的應用：超細重質碳酸鈣漿料在家用乳膠手套的添加量客戶根據產品質量要求一般在30％—70％左右（折干記）。其添加后都不會破壞天然乳膠的結構，并增加其手套克重，增強其柔軟度。添加后客戶可以減少其柔軟劑和鈦白粉的添加量，從而降低其生產成本。
使用方法： 1.首先將固含量70%左右的重質碳酸鈣漿料稀釋到所需使用乳膠的固含量；
2.將硫化好的常溫乳膠攪拌均勻；
3.將稀釋好的重質碳酸鈣漿料按比例加入乳膠中，攪拌均勻；打到出手套的膠池內,待出手套。
包裝方式：25KG液體專用袋包裝；1.9噸桶裝；
儲存方式：防曬、防凍（0度以上）

Application in the household latex glove industry: The amount of super fine heavy calcium carbonate paste added in the household latex glove is generally about 30%-70% according to the product quality requirements of customers (fold dry record). It will not damage the structure of natural latex, and increase the weight of gloves, enhance its softness. After addition, customers can reduce the amount of softener and titanium dioxide, so as to reduce the production cost.
Method of use:
1. First of all, the heavy calcium carbonate slurry with solid content of about 70% is diluted to the solid content of latex required;
2. Stir the vulcanized latex at room temperature;
3. Add the diluted heavy calcium carbonate slurry to the latex in proportion and stir evenly; Hit the glove out of the glue pool, wait out the glove.
Packing method: 25KG liquid bag; 1.9t barrel;
Storage: sunscreen, anti-freezing (above 0 degrees)
