隔離劑
隔離劑應用于模具成型或加工的產品,在制作過程中,使用隔離劑,將制造的產品和模具隔離開,方便后面產品從模具中順利取出,并不破壞模具和產品。在橡膠制品加工時,就用到隔離劑,將模具和橡膠隔離性,防止橡膠制品或半成品表面與模具粘結在一起。
我公司現研發出應用于乳膠凝固劑中的隔離劑,具有良好的流動性、潤滑性;較強的耐沖擊力;耐高溫;冷卻效果好;好脫模,容易從模具中取下制品等優點和特點。且相較于其他隔離劑配比高,稀釋比例高,性價比更高。具體規格型號參數如下

制備:
步驟1、稱取定量硝酸鈣溶液和70%納米鈣,加水稀釋至指定濃度。
步驟2、加入10%平平加O溶液,攪拌均勻。
步驟3、凝固劑配制時,硝酸鈣、70%納米鈣、 10%平平加O,根據生產情況可適當調整。
硝酸鈣(或氯化鈣)溶液制備:
步驟1、溶解:將固體200Kg硝酸鈣倒入200L的塑料桶加滿水攪拌至完全溶解。
備注:本產品固含70%,客戶要根據之前的添加量,折干計進行配比增減。本產品配方僅供參考,具體根據實際為準。

Preparation:
Step 1. Weigh the quantitative calcium nitrate solution and 70% nanometer calcium and dilute it with water to the specified concentration.
Step 2. Add 10% Pingpingjia O solution and stir well.
Step 3 When preparing the coagulant, calcium nitrate, 70% nanometer calcium and 10% Pingping plus O can be adjusted appropriately according to the production situation.
Calcium nitrate (or calcium chloride) solution preparation:
Step 1. Dissolve: Pour the solid 200Kg calcium nitrate into a 200L plastic bucket filled with water and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Note: This product contains 70% solid, the customer should increase or decrease the ratio according to the previous amount of adding, drying meter. This product formula for reference only, according to the actual prevail.
